So in 2018, I decided to do it differently. I got licensed and bonded immediately—not because it looked good, but because if I'm asking someone to trust me with their home, they deserve to know I'm serious about accountability. I became insured across every layer because cutting corners on coverage meant cutting corners on the work itself. These weren't marketing checkboxes. They were a commitment.

The early days were learning what it meant to actually listen to homeowners. Not sell them a roof—understand what they needed. That shift changed everything about how we operate.

What Experience Has Taught Us
